Needed them for my desperet yet important situation. Time was not on my side. Couldn't even leave a VM . This kind of service will leave someone with lack of faith in our legal system Hire a real live person a Receptionist for the phone calls. Keep it profesional

Idaho Legal Aid Services helped me out a lot when I needed them. Even though they were unable to take my case, I received tons of information. I spoke with Matthew Simmons on several occasions and each time had a good chunk of stress removed from my shoulders and felt more confident with my situation. When I felt like I was lost and doing everything wrong, Matthew guided and assured me I was doing things properly and made me feel I wasn't doomed. Thanks, Matthew.
