Receptionist is rude and acts like you are being annoying by asking for help. They don't call you back like they say they will. I contacted the attorney general and showed him the poor google reviews.

I just called to get some information about getting help with some custody issues and the person who answered the phone told me "all the paperwork is online for free, and unless your a victim of domestic violence we will not help you" told me good luck and hung up the phone, if you only do domestic violence then you should probably list that on the website and be a tiny bit more respectful to people when talking to them.

Legal Aid,has always been at my best interest! When iv needed professional help with an attorney helping me with the laws, they've always been there for me!! As a Senior citizen and being disabled,they recognize my needs!! They are very honest about everything I need to know!! They have never misled me!! So when I need help,I call them!
