Very helpful and friendly service. They saved my family from getting our electricity turned off. I was very pleased with their kindness and willing attitude to help.

My three year old daughter who had a speech delay and was in occupational and speech therapy. My husband and I applied Nyla to Head Start and were told she was approved. Than we called and were told we make 2000 too much a month. Bryan Duncan was very rude and condescending. Ms Bird confirmed undocumented immigrants get accepted. Once Bryan Duncan found out our daughter was mixed he denied her and told us income didn't matter. Truly disgusting

This is our experience with I care. Was told that if your electric bill is at a final notice they would help pay bill. Now that our electric is going to be shut off I care doesn't care and won't help pay our bill. Even though they've paid electric bills that are in our same boat.
