Update: 3 months of emails and calls to try and get reimbursed for damages to my home and I am still continuing to get the run around from this company. I am now preparing to seek legal resolution of this matter. Do not use this group to pick up anything other than some light boxes or furniture. I submitted a request with pictures and a description and was very clear my item was heavy. They sent out 2 people, one of which was not built for heavy furniture moves. In the process of trying to get my couch downstairs, they proceeded to gash, scuff and even leave quite the hole in my walls. They also knocked over another furniture piece and broke the back. When I showed them the hole one just said sorry and that he felt bad. So bad that they still collected the pickup fee from me despite damages costing way more to fix I emailed them with pictures and am currently awaiting the results of their investigation. If they make this right I will update my review.

While the people that pick up the furniture are friendly and helpful, (and are grateful because the furniture donations go to a great cause), I can’t say as much for the back office. It took me almost a week to connect with someone to make an appointment for pickup. (Emails and texts to the prescribed addresses were never returned.). I was told my pickup would be between 10-3 and that day I would get 30 minutes notice. By 3 that day, (I had been waiting for 5 hours), I had received no contact. Finally getting hold of someone, they diverted a truck to my location, arriving around 4. Since all of the furniture (they knew in advance it was a large furniture donation) wouldn’t fit in the truck, the driver said another one would be following shortly. By 6pm no one showed. I had to call the next day and insist that I would not accept a late day pick up. (If they haven’t finished pickup by quitting time, they roll that pick up to the next day.). I am glad the furniture has been donated to a worthwhile organization, but I suggest that if the really want donations, they need to make the process easier.

Incredible finds for excellent prices! This is the place you want in your "to check up on constantly" tab. They have new furniture coming in at all times and you can find some amazing things for great prices. I got two sofas, an table and a console here, and I'm planning on coming back again to look for a new kitchen table! Everyone is kind and friendly, I have to thank Chris and Jaime especially for thier help. I'll be back to get more treasures here :)
