Older buildings, however they're well maintained and the the staff is courteous. I've just moved in and everything was clean and in working order. It's a good overall value.

I am updating my review because I've lived here almost two years now and have more feedback that may help you future renters decide your next home. As any apartment complex goes; there were challenges. I've lost a package, I try not to keep my laundry in the laundry room too long (which has never been stolen). I treat my neighbors below me with respect and have gotten it in turn. Collectively this is a wonderful community to live in. Friendly neighbors, clean grounds, wonderful, and prompt maintenance. Personal shout out to Craig; who has always helped with my maintenance requests! Also Martin, the Property Manager, who has enough patience to handle any situation! Since my experience in the multi-family industry I have come to appreciate how communicative and receptive the office staff is to my needs and questions as well as their constant professionalism. If you're looking for a place to live this is it!

Maintenance has always been timely and great. However, that's the only good thing about this apartment complex. My laundry has gotten stolen multiple times from the laundry mat (I understand management is not responsible for stolen items, no fault on their end). The first time they did nothing about it, I understand, couples months went by had no problems with it so I started leaving my laundry unattended again (everyone else does, so why shouldn't I be able to especially as a single mom of a toddler it's hard to expect him to behave for 2 hours in a small laundry mat). Then come a couple weeks ago, my towels got stolen the day before Thanksgiving. This time management actually was nice and refunded me for the new towels I had to replace for the stolen ones. They say they're getting camera's installed in February when it's in budget. Now, my packages have been stolen from my front door. Didn't know what to do, called management and explained what happened and just wondered who I needed to contact about something like that whether they could do anything about it or not and he said no (which was fine) but then he caught an attitude with me when I explained my frustration was not with him, it's at the situation of me constantly dealing with items getting stolen from me. I tried to get out the lease, they won't let me because of "COVID" or they said they would let me out early. Doesn't even make sense. So if you like your packages and laundry getting stolen and rent being unappreciated by management, this is the perfect complex for you! Happy holidays! :)

It's a clean, peaceful, quiet apartment community. It is very convenient, everything is close by. I really liked the quick response to maintenance problems. Overall, the management staff are the best! The staff is friendly, quick responders and very professional. I really enjoyed my stay in Quail Ridge. I highly recommend it.

I am a vendor in the industry and also the Mom of a daughter in college. We were looking for her first apartment and contacted several places. Quail Ridge contacted her back within the hour. Our tour was with Genesis the weekend leasing agent. She was warm, and friendly. She took her time and maintained social distance. When my daughter decided to lease the entire staff was so helpful. She had endless questions and they never got frustrated and answered all of them. I really appreciate this management staff and the experience they provided my daughter. This is a tough time for everyone. As someone in multi-family I admire that this remains professional, cheerful and attentive. As a Mom, I feel confident she has chosen the right property for her first home.
