I called on behalf of a homeless gentleman that I put up in my home for a couple of nights. The phone operator was very rude. He first pretended that he couldn't hear me, saying "you must be in a bad, bad spot", even though I was using wifi calling on high speed internet. I called him back, and instead of being fake, he just became rude. He asked if I could put the gentleman on the line, and then abruptly ended the call when I said I couldn't because he wasn't present. It's unfortunate that there isn't a better place I can send this guy, but I'm going to have to hope they treat him better than they treated me.

I love this place. It is not a homeless shelter. It is a life recovery center. The staff are very loving and concerned about individuals as a whole person; mentally, spiritually, financially, and any other area in your life that may be broken. The victory program is awesome. I love it.
