They do try v much

First I will say that these people are very unprofessional they discuss clients to other clients and talk about you right in your face which is traumatizing. I spoke to my case manager about something I needed done and she rolled her eyes and they all laughed as if it was a joke. They made me feel 10 times worse than I did coming in and something needs to be done about how they treat clients. They don't know what I just went through to treat me this way

staff was so sweet and lovely. such a warm welcoming feeling when you go into this place. such a cozy atmosphere
