Last time I called they didn't have any beds. This time they refused to tell me if beds were available and just insisted I give them all my personal information and fill out an intake form. Filled out an intake form over the weekend. Was told I'd get a call back in about two days. No one ever called me back. Person who answered phone was rude and didn't offer solutions about what can be done with pets, I had to explain to them that there are some organizations that can house pets while you're in a DV shelter but apparently they weren't aware of that.

My mom called them to see how they would help since her ex boyfriend has been physically and mentally abusive. He stalks her and is now being evicted because of all of the police activity. Even with an order of protection, the cops do not do anything. My mom called hopes door to see how they can help. They only suggested to give up her dogs and go to a shelter. Not helpful what so ever.
