Very unprofessional and non supportive and very unjust with the clients rules apply differently depending on staffs personal feelings with who they engage with! The inside safe program Director Krystal Hernandez didn't give the guy who came out in the news as Tony a chance over a life and death situation with his kid that caused him being a great father being their for his kid that had a terrible accident and couldn't find it within himself to communicate with anyone for 4 days according to his worker Amber G. And Krystal H. Reasons for why they didn't even let him explain or provide any proof of such matter decided to exit him out the program earlier than expected from the first 30 day notice they had gave him they exited him out 2 weeks earlier and not just that but then went on only giving him 30 min to get his belongings before they felt the need to call the police as if he had did something wrong they treated his like a criminal not allowing him to set foot at the budget inn were he was in north hills not willing to let him back in his room specifically the room he once had and sadly he isn't the o ly one that's been done wrong by this program which false advertising to want to help homeless people not be homeless they have put a number of people back into the streets as if that was their job to do in the first place this program gets a number of people donating to the cause to help prevent homeless and to help homeless people not be homeless anymore but im sure they are unaware of situations like Tony's and many others that got put out back in the streets were suppose to look at these people for support but how can you when is a good as a coin toss how they'll end up doing to you as if homeless people don't have enough trauma and trust issues already and instead of actually giving support they are creating more issues for these individuals can't blame why people get so hostile when there's no kind and understanding individual's actually trying to make a better positive impact to our community but instead adding to the cause of homeless but not delivering their "Hope of the mission " homeless people need alot of support and understanding patience for alot of these individuals with ptsd or cptsd it's so heartbreaking when you get to really witness people not fully in it for the greater good for all homeless without prejudices and all homeless people become really free into a home as this program really projects to be but still picking and choosing what they feel and if they really want to help one person more than others it's unfair what does this really cause to our community to those people that felt backs were given instead of support its just so sad and not right very disappointing and disturbing to come to realize what it really comes down to for some instead of for all that need a home !

This day, we, when I say we was a lot of volunteers here, I was one of the first volunteers there. Besides, the people who were orchestrating the whole thing, I came and I got there about 6 in the morning, and I think it started at 9, that's just me. I love to help people and I helped them. You know, set up a stand but this was the meatball mayhem the Mayor Karen Bash was there this was an event where we made fresh meatballs. It was really, really nice. I enjoy making these fresh meatballs. And this was for helping the whole ministry to serve and to give these meatballs away. For the homeless and people who are less fortunate

I love Hope the Mission. The staff is super helpful and friendly when we make meals for the homeless! Such a great vibe in here, even offer snacks for when we want to take a break!
