I sought assistance as a survivor, but my experience left me feeling more harmed than helped. The organization needs to significantly improve staff training to adequately support individuals in similar situations. I strongly believe it's better if people who experienced similar situations to work there instead.

Up until a year ago they had great people and now I can't get any help from my friends and they just completely ignore me

This organization saved my son and myself from being homeless, hungry, stranded on the side of the road, and going through anymore unnecessary hardships resulting from domestic violence. They literally saved our lives.
