I had to leave a message because no one was available, but I was given a phone call back promptly by Ms Debra Jones. Although the organization was not able to assist me, I greatly appreciate that a return call was given and that is rare nowadays. Thanks Ms Debra for being professional and kind.

Do you guys allow volunteers at this location or know of any other places I can volunteer with the homeless, elderly or kids they have my heart the most and it's not court appointed or anything like that I just have some free time and like to give back by helping in any way I can.>>>Irving/Coppell/Carrollton/North Dallas Area

Horrible. I don't know who I spoke to on the phone but they had the worst attitude. Lately we've been struggling so I called for rent assistance, from the start she seemed to be in a bad mood. She told me that it was closed and I asked if there were any other places she knew about that could help and she did this big old sigh like I was bothering her. She stayed quiet and "said nope I don't know who can help you right now". It's already been hard for me, but to have to talk to someone that doesn't even want to help or give information on other places that will help, hurts.
