They never answer their phone at front desk. Nancy Xiong is also very hard to get in contact with. It takes 3-4 weeks to hear back from Nancy, tried calling and emailing multiple times and seems like the process of my goals are just being held by the workers who work here.

Disregard the one star reviews as these folks have never experienced the specific issues refugee/ immigrant communities have faced.
I appreciate HAP for their advocacy programs and partnerships which are not only intended for the Hmong community but all communities who are in need of employment and support resources.
HAP helped my parents find employment when MN factories consistently turned refugees like my parents away from earning stable income.
HAP is doing a good thing here in MN and my family and I do appreciate HAP for their involvement with addressing specific issues pertaining to Southeast Asians as well as many other new Americans in MN who may not have directive on where to turn for referral and information when in need.
Keep up the Tremendous work HAP and again,
Thank You for your involvement in our communities.

Whoever is driving Bus 319. Needs to have their bus endorsement revoked. I live in a mobile home park in Arden Hills. They drive through here at 30mph. The don’t stop a stop signs. They drive down the wrong side of the road. This is criminal and dangerous. You are not only putting your students at risk but everyone you drive around. Ramsey County Sheriff will be waiting for you next time you come through here.
