Love it! Pastor & congregation are always welcoming. Thanks, guests, for coming and just overall a blessing to be around. The message is always clear & conducive to what is happening in the world today. It's always encouraging and on point.

I and some friends were there for a Christmas cantata. The presentation was great! The singers enthusiasm for the subject at hand, the birth of Christ, reverberated throughout each song. The musicians and directors are wonderful! You must hear and see them for yourself! The host church and their pastor gave a warm welcome. The name of the cantata is 'Born to Die' by Glenn Edward Burleigh. Should Hillcrest Baptist Church host this work next Christmas season, COME! and be refreshed.

No church is perfect... but Hillcrest comes close. Everyone has their own tastes and I am not one for loads of whooping and hollering (nothing wrong with it though, but my childhood pastor down south was the only one that did it in a way I truly enjoyed), I enjoy hearing the word and learning each and every Sunday. Pastor Robinson will teach you and keep your attention. He can take any passage from the Bible and convey the message in a relatable way. Warm people, helping the community and teaching the word straight from the Bible are just a few things I look for in a church... and this one has it all!
