Highland Rivers - Cartersville

I feel devastated and humiliated having to call and beg again and again for assistance with incontinence supplies reimbursement for my 2 kids on ASD. They're already 2 months behind and no idea when I will eventually get it. They're unphased, like a brick wall.

The service here is really bad I'm here on time for my appointments and they're always late I got here at 8:00 this morning it's still 8:33 no response they act like they don't know nothing about my appointment still just sitting here

The front desk little girl is so rude. Idk if she tries to be but if she doesn't like her job just find somewhere else to work. She never cracks a smile, has no emotion and every question she ask she just has an attitude and bad facial expression
