I visited the Sioux City location throughout my pregnancy. I received a few ultrasounds to determine age and viability. I also was able to take online classes which helped me learn about everything that will happen with my body and baby during and after pregnancy.

I love that there's a place in Siouxland/northwest Iowa that offers pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, real pregnancy options, abortion recovery, and other great services completely free of charge. The staff is so helpful and caring!
