Hendersonville Rescue Mission

I smelled horribly. I’m sorry to the guy who came to the door with a mask when I donated tuna noodle casserole. I guess everyone saw this coming.

I have been able to use the mission! During the years I have been here and I am here now .

Seeing some of the reviews that others have left is difficult to bear. Without the Rescue mission, we would have some of our most needy individuals out on the street in the freezing cold weather. It's a wonderful organization providing a much needed service to this community. I know from experience as the nutrition department director for another non-profit, that operational costs have grown significantly while funding has either been reduced or remained static; all while trying to foster and grow a program in the brave new COVID world. The Rescue Mission is a true miracle for offering a safe place for down on their luck individuals to shelter and heal. I hope you will continue to fill this important need of this service for our city.
