Heartreach has been a godsend for me. Doug is a blessing to see each week and the store has allowed me to provide for my daughter in ways I can’t afford traditionally.

I sent a email for the mentorship program. The reply I got did not mention it at all. Went in to inquire and I was given a defensive, disrespectful, and confusing response directing me to a different course before finally being offered to be put on a wait list. I would of been 10 people or more ahead of the wait list if Timi had address my email appropriately the previous week. I spoke up for myself that I was only trying to gather information, not enroll in an entirely different class. The staff became defensive. The excuse for treating me poorly is that they help 1000s of others. Good people are about helping the one, not boasting of the 1000s to justify failure to inform or fairly offer me the wait list for a program that I specifically was ASKING about. I was told "I'm not going to waste my time with you". Pitiful words from a "professional"
