STAFF ARE OK, IF YOU CAN EVER GET AN APPOINTMENT. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY'RE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM KEEPS YOU ON HOLD THEN TELLS YOU LEAVE A CALL BACK NUMBER BUT, NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK. I'VE BEEN CALLING 2-3 TIMES A WEEK FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS FOR MY TEST RESULTS AND SET ANY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS IF NEEDED. YET STILL NOTHING. I SUGGEST IF YOU NEED MEDICAL TREATMENT JUST GO TO AN HOSPITAL ER YOU DON'T NEED AN APPOINTMENT AND YOU ACTUALLY CAN BE SEEN BY SOMEONE!

Dr Kleeman has a holistic/natural approach which is better than solely relying on pharmaceuticals. She is very caring, friendly and detailed. The staff are all friendly and the facility is clean. Appointments are always met on time. I highly recommend it.

It's a good clinc, I'm personally stingy about rating anything 5 stars. The staff are always nice, informed and each add to the experience of a good visit. They have a payment slider scale if you make less money and can't afford the full amount. Overall, it's a good place to go. I recommend this place.
