I am upset with the management of helping hands. They recently had to be closed for a week due to covid. Due to being closed they had an abundance of donations. They started dumping the donations in the trash cans smashing dishes and then pouring salad dressing etc on it as so people would not go thru it. They were just trashing just about everything. I donate and shop at helping hands because it supports the poor in hawkins. Sad to know that my donations are trashed instead of going to people who can use it. I know that some items need to be thrown out but this was inexcusible.Solution- put it out for free or due a .50 cent day and put it out for the people or take itto another facility if you can't handle it.
