Haven of Hope is a Victim Advocacy Center serving Guernsey and Noble Counties in Ohio since 1983. The organization provides comprehensive, trauma-informed support services to all victims of crime, including domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other offenses. Services include emergency shelter, law enforcement and emergency room accompaniment, on-scene response, assistance with legal processes such as protection orders and victim compensation claims, court advocacy, trauma support, and community outreach. Advocates are available 24/7 to provide immediate and compassionate assistance, helping survivors navigate the emotional and legal aftermath of crime while promoting safety, dignity, and justice.
