Haven House Emergency Shelter

I don't know why anyone would donate here. They don't give it to the people. One ladies children needed coats and pampers. They wouldn't give her anything. Come to find out, they have a whole room full of donations they keep locked away. There was food donated, and we didn't even get any of it. They are mean to the people there. One lady's children wet the bed on accident because she's a child!!!!!. The mom got yelled at for that. It was heartbreaking to watch. The lady that wakes people up in the morning yells at you to wake up. They dont care about the people that come in there needing help. They’re just using Gods name. They will be held accountable for how they treat people and used His name for their gain. We had to eat our lunch out in the cold with our children because they didn't want them eating in the eating area ( where you're supposed to eat) so it doesn’t get messed up. If i were any company, I would donate to Family Promise. They love the people when they come there. They dont mistreat the homeless. They are really doing Gods work, and I mean that.

After all the horrible stories I heard from my friends about staying here with there kids I'll pass thank God I found a shelter that's cleaner and the people are friendlier but here there are crazy people and drug addicts in this place thank God me and my son didn't come here

Have made attempts to call. Sent emails. Nobody answers phones or replies to emails.....so my question is does anyone who works or volunteers at this place do anything?
