Have made attempts to call. Sent emails. Nobody answers phones or replies to emails.....so my question is does anyone who works or volunteers at this place do anything?

I’m not really giving a good or bad review but I called to ask if they serve food and if they need volunteers, the lady said yes they serve food but they don’t need volunteers most soup kitchens and homeless shelters do need volunteers just curious why not.

I don't know why anyone would donate here. They don't give it to the people. One lady children needed coats and pamper. They wouldn't give her anything. Come to find out, they all a whole room full of donations they keep. Food was donated, and we didn't even get any of it. They are mean to the people there. One lady's children wet the bed on accident because she's a child!!!!!. The mom got yelled at for the. It was heartbreaking that. The lady that wakes people up in the morning yells at you to wake up. They dont care about the people that come in there needing help. They are just using Gods name. They will be held accountable for how they treat people and used He name for their gain. We had to eat our lunch out in the cold with our children because they didn't want them eating area ( where you're supposed to eat) to get messed up. If i were any company, I would donate to Family Promise. They love the people when they come there. They dont mistreat the homeless. They are really doing Gods work, and I mean that.
