My experience they start off off ok they gave me twenty dollars for laundry , a couple of food cards then slowly heard less of them people started to go on vacation . Next thing I know I’m asked if I can find somewhere to stay there programs running out of funding . Never no support groups for mental health .. put me out in the streets again after my whole ordeal ,the program promised that would not happen to me . And gave me a Charlie card . This is my story and truth with Harborcov..
