(Reviewing for a friend bc she’s too “nice” to do it herself 🙄)
Nonexistent customer service?? My friend tried to call for customer service, was on hold for like a half an hour, it started actually ringing, and then we got the dial tone (as in they hung up on her???). So she calls back, holds for even longer, gets an answer, but it’s someone who refused to answer her question and instead just continued to speak over her repeating the same stuff that she wasn’t asking and then told her her manager told her to take the next call?? (When they hadn’t even been on the call very long after she held for almost 10 times as long 🤦) And then when I told her ask to talk to the supervisor that was supposedly rushing this woman off of the phone (and she asked), they hung up on her

I can see why people get so frustrated with this system. They have had us jumping through hoops to get our granddaughter (we are out of state) and now it is like they are not looking out for the best interest of the child. Katie and Meredith need to get their stuff together. I do not feel like they care at all. But that is ok. Let them end up getting her back at some point.

I have been trying for 4 days to speak with someone about a Medicaid application that I submitted, received documentation that it was received, back on 1/13/26. It has never been processed. After waiting on hold today (on my 4th call back request) for 15 mins., it rang 2X , then disconnected me. This has put me in a terrible bind - all because a simple reapplication was never processed. Get it together - you are supposed to be there to help - not make things worse!
