I I could give 0 stars I would . My son and I went to Goodwill yesterday and instead of rounding the change because they said they had no pennies they basically stole 13 cents from us. I know 13 cents isn't much but count how many customers they get a day a little change here and there adds up that they are stealing from struggling customers. I won't be shopping from the billion dollar company that is stealing. No reason they couldn't give me a nickel back or my son a dime back.. the 2 cent difference would not have bankrupt the company... Just ridiculous. I even offered exact change after my purchase was complete , they said no that the purchase was over . Crooked company..

can some one get back to me? i've had an online ticket open for over a week for a mislabled item. I just want a return label and a refund I've left 4 messages.

This store is dishonest. They post items for auction on Shopgoodwill.com and consistently over exaggerate the weight of the item being sold resulting is a gross overcharge for shipping. It’s shameful and dishonest. I would avoid shopping at this location. Do better Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana!
