Staff is horrible everyone involved even the case workers doesn’t do their job it’s like they clock in for a check and go home

Worse worse worse !!!! Safe house I have ever been in the staff are completely helpless the case workers they have to assist you do little to NOTHING the house is always dirty the kitchen is always filled with the CHEAPEST oldest food they’ll feed you expired food without even caring they barely clean the fridge and they’ll ramble through your stuff to kick you out for anything ! In my opinion the people they have there doesn’t wanna wield so they find anything to kick you out oh yeah and if you have kids don’t bring them they don’t care about them AT ALL Mrs.Rachel needs to be fired her work is trash and lazy

PT.2 of Twaiyah 💅🏾📌I paid no attention and continue doing what I Came into the house to do which was eat my food and mind My business. After a while, I guess things got really heated and so another resident came to me asking me to go break up the fight because Leanna sat there like she was a resident as well looking scared instead of calling the police or calling the office where someone can actually handle what she could not. Not thinking anything of it I jumped up, and I went into the designated area where the ladies were about to attack one another, and I stood in the middle of them breaking them away from each other. All of a sudden Leanna had a voice saying oh you guys need to cut it out everyone’s going to end up getting kicked out as if she was waiting for these two black women to strike one another and end up in a worse predicament than just getting kicked out of this pissy facility….. My observation clearly seen that she wanted them to end up under arrest arrest because why else wouldn’t you try to diffuse the situation? Rachel the advocate, and Tabatha and Erica the house staff Need to be taking all of the executive decisions as they are the only ones that truly care about what these young ladies are actually going through. The rest of these people are heartless and remind me of the wardens and correctional officers from Orange is the new black. Very nasty disposition never smiling and just look like they never want to be there. I felt safer in the house with my abuser and I couldn’t wait for my escape. I went to bed and woke up, crying many of days for no other reason than just wanting to leave. Meanwhile, I got up worked multiple jobs, including a work from home and only did everything that needed to be done to get out of there…… This place is no help for anyone and should be investigated further. I pray to God that an investigative advocate goes into this place and see that there is no lies and I’m reaching out to many of them so that the next person without a voice that can’t stand up for themselves don’t have to go through the same thing I did. However, I have a voice and I will forever be heard and this is not my last message. I’m making another email so that I can tell the full story.
