I used gift of life in 2023 when i had gotten pregnant and didnt really know what to do, i finally seeked help from then in finding a afoptive family to take my little one but i wanted my girls to be able to know each other. Amazing agency and and amazing family, i was able to choose for my daughter. Shes now a year and a half and is absolutely thriving with her family. I get to call and talk to her and i get to see her whenever we schedule visits, the family that i choose is 2 hours away and they are more then happy to drive to us or to meeting in the middle or even us driving to them. Ive never used an adoption agency before and it being my first time ofc i was scared but at the end of the day i would not choose another adoption agency to handle and help me threw the hard time i went thru on making the decision that i made to adopt my little girl out. Im glad i was able to choose and meet with the family before i even gave birth. Best adoption agency ever. Love them would use them again if i ever needed to

I love the staff here they are very respectful and they work with you on everything you need I want to give a big shout out to all the staff I love all the staff especially Miss Amanda she will help you with any and everything you need they also help you pick your families out that you want to pick out for your babies they will help you help you with everythin they can help you with you're able to pick different adoptions fees you can pick open semi open closed semi closed you get to pick the families for your little one I love the family I picked out for my little one I get all kinds of updates and pictures every week every Friday I get an updated picture or text message from my adopted family

Communication with this agency after the fact is impossible. Once they place the child and take your money, you’ll never hear from them again. Apparently they recently moved. Seems like something you should communicate with all your families. We send gifts for the birth mom every year. How long ago did they move, did any of the gifts arrive? Why would you not mention a change of address to your families?! We reach out trying to open a conversation with our birth mom, and the agency doesn’t respond to email or phone calls. They will answer this review with a “We’re sorry, please give us a call, we care” response. But we wouldn’t be here writing this review if they actually cared. If they actually responded, if they actually answered emails. I’m tired of trying again and again and again to get or give any information. Don’t waste your time with this organization. EDIT: I left this review 8 MONTHS AGO, and they are just now responding saying we don’t see any missed calls from you. Of course you don’t, it was 8 MONTHS AGO. This place is a joke.
