April 2025 I stayed 16 days and it was a 3 star review because they didn't clean the room my entire stay. Their policy is to only clean once every 15 days. I would have gotten an Airbnb if I wanted to clean. But they allow pets and I thought that was cool so I gave them 3 stars instead of 2. September 2025 WoodSprings charged me an additional $449 and it became a 1 🌟 review Fortunately, I noticed this particular transaction and my bank corrected the situation when notified.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! Will and Ashanti does an extremely great job assisting me as well as the other team members! Great attitude and great management! Great job Woodspring !!!

Absolutely disgusting. The room had a roach infestation—multiple roaches crawling around, including near the bed. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority, and it made the stay stressful and unsanitary. Would not recommend to anyone.
