This place needs to be closed down , and New construction , New staff and New management with people that truly wants to help people in need, needs to take place ….me and my three daughters came to Gabriel Horn After my mentally unstable ex put me and my three daughters out in the cold during a snow storm. After waiting an hr for the Pick up, I got no help to load the van with my items she just set in the car while me and my kids load the van, nothing was said the whole ride to the shelter, once there we noticed it was freezing on the inside to which I asked Mary was it like this all the time, to which she replied yes and when asked if I could get a heater for me and my babies I was told No. They couldn’t help that it was cold that the structure of the building was no insulated and all they could do was provide more blankets🤨, to which I responded I had a serious health condition and that the cold would only add more damage to my body, I was asked was that it and said yes and they went on about their day. For days after me and my daughters became sick a lot I complained that it had to be unsafe for us to not have heaters all the house and mates inside were freezing to which they said Lisa Swayne Who is one of the directors of Gabriel’s Horn , Mary who was a manager at Gabriel’s , Angela and Shae who are Social workers were no help in this matter . I ask to speak to all their bosses and I got Jason, who when I set down in a meeting with him and Lisa was just finding out to what was happening at Gabriel’s… in those passed weeks leading up to meeting Jason my food had come up stolen and then my Purse grow legs and walked out as well, at the meeting I discussed all that , how it had been weeks and the pantry and second hand store for my kids to get clothes had not come about, even tho I had mentioned it on occasions. After that day he looked into the laws regarding the heaters and the next day both me and the other mother received one , days after most of the house did… he told Lisa that the windows in the common area needed to be sealed nothing from her for another week and a half so when he returned he did it… these so called women that were suppose to be helping US were not leaving him to do so. Let’s talk about my items we had some that accompanied the house that stuffed from all type of mental illness and spiritual struggles, most of us minded our business but some find issues with that leading them to say stuff and do things that wasn’t right…. Food being stolen constantly, staff knew about but did nothing to resolve the matter… I was left with moving my belonging an food to my room to which I thought would help but no camera near my room made me a target, because I voice my concerns made me even more of a target… most of the ladies in the house knows the master lock number to the doors of the rooms which made it difficult to have my items safe no matter what and yesterday 12/19/2025 when me and my daughter went to the doctor an we returned I found my money missing from my room. When catching Lisa and Jason leaving I told them of the incident to which I got attitude from Lisa saying it was impossible and that peeling through hrs of video footage would be to much to which I responded it wasn’t a camera where my room was ….. after the first incident you would think they would look into putting cameras in area but no and to get smart with me after it’s my things me and my kids food my money now being stolen is absolutely disgusting and inhumane and inappropriate…

I JUST CALLED AND SPOKE TO A LADY THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. I JUST WANTED TO SEE HOW THE PROGRAM WORK. SHE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO HELP. NOT GODLY LADY
