Wonderful place doing amazing things for the community!!

Making a complaint for an ongoing issue three times you get laughed at. Talked to the director Will and he said everything would be handled and it wasn’t so we get kicked out instead of the other person who has been told multiple times that he’s to stop. He’s lied multiple times as well and nothings been done. Bailey who’s the director has ignored my grievance forms etc I’ve done three. This other person was affecting my health etc and they ignored it. I made complaints to staff and talked to will and nothing was done. I respectfully asked this person to stop smoking outside my room as I have asthma. When we went in for intake they told us if we smoked to walk across the parking lot and smoke on the sidewalk near the road not right outside the room. Now we’re getting kicked out because they didn’t do anything about it and if they talked to him he blantly didn’t listen or be respectful.

Awesome agency!! You can tell that they really care about the well- being of others. Very client focused. My worker is awesome and has been very attentive to my situation. If I could give them a million stars I would. It's really unfortunate that there's all these bad reviews, as it seems like when others don't get their way they are quick to write false statements. They can only do so much with what they have. Thank FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY!!!

I have been trying to get help for several months after my assault. This place has blatantly ignored or misplaced my pleas for help. I've called and messaged countless times as well as filled out multiple applications. Its to the point I don't understand how they have funding because they aren't using it to help people. They have helped men without children recieve housing for a year of free rent while there are still mother's with children out here homeless.

They have moved and when you call get no answer and when you call the emergency number they tell you they will have someone call. My friend has to come up with 250 dollars and was looking for help now the place she found will probably be rented on her. Sad just Un professional
