I used to work here as a temp. I’m autistic and the people here treated me the best I’ve ever been treated in my career. Which is limited by people on the spectrum being unincluded. Harvard Business review has a recent report on this. I didn’t know I was autistic while working here. I remember this place when I find myself feeling discouraged. I don’t think they know how much their acceptance means to someone like me. I wish I could have continued to work for them since I love what they do as well. All I’ve ever wanted is to be of service to a community. Thanks for letting me for a while. The only drawback was my commute.

Huge pride flag. It would be nice to have a place for our youth with out indoctrination

This organization, or more accurately this specific shelter service, is pretty decent. The shelter is closed daily, but I believe it was only for an hour or so. There are no pods or whatnot as Youth Care South Seattle Center and New Horizons Ministries have, but I found this shelter comfortable to get rest in as well.
