Dismissive and hostile due to my minority status in a time of legitimate turmoil. I was born and raised in this county, and it does not surprise me that friend to friend only functions as a resource for a certain kind of woman, and based on some of these reviews, I remain skeptical of even that assumption. Made me feel ashamed and invisible during probably the hardest time I've ever gone through in my 27 some years on this troubled rock we call Earth.

Horrible place so sad for the people who volunteer for this place and donate items don't even watch what is going on there knowing the drug use as well people using alcohol and disappearing throughout the night what kind of place is this

4 stars because they helped me before! But this recent visit Disappointed me with the customer service experience. When I arrived I followed the instructions posted on their door inside their building and waited to be greeted. After about ten minutes with no response, With the amount of people that was in the building, I tried again but still wasn’t acknowledged or told that someone would be with me shortly. Eventually, I left and went across the street to the courthouse, where an officer and Mrs. Barley in the civil section were extremely helpful and professional. I truly appreciate their assistance, but I was disappointed in the lack of responsiveness from Friends to Friends.
