This place is literally a fresh start. They allow you the ability to save money in a safe environment that feels like home. The staff are professional and helpful with anything you need. If you need anything Meg is amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are meet. This place truly cares about making sure you leave prepared to do anything you put your mind to!

This would be no stars if that was an option. Had an appointment with two ladies in the office, one lady asked me what brings me there. After the death of my brother i had to start over being on a medical leave if absence from my job due to depression over my brothers death. I cried during interview voicing my grief and the need to start over and get my life back on track. The lady then told me "well unfortunately you have a car". We cannot help you. WHAT? This place is aupposed to help women get back on track and i think having a car is something that helps. Why would i have to rely on a bus when i have a car? I was left turned down and refused help because I have a car. .I am working with centerpointe and i told my casemanager who then called and was told my mental atatus was not a good fit! That is really sad that they did not tell me that they said it was because i have a car. These organiAtions are here to help us notmake the situation worse. Im sorry i dont have an addiction nor will i subject myself to be an addict of any drug. Nor do i or will i ever have a prison sentence which seems they way to get help is to have both of those. I feel discriminated on and completely made a fool if as she said that with a atraight face and then couldnt tell me the truth. Thanks FRESHSTART for refusing me as you made my mental status worse. I guess its not ehat you know it must ne who you know.

I have been both a client and a staff member. I can not say enough praise for the beautiful women who work there. They are still near to my heart. I had a tour of the renovations they received in the last few months, and I am totally impressed with the warmth and support these ladies are getting. Highly recommend supporting their cause.
