I have an appointment there they are so nice perfect the doctor she is so kind

Took off work and drove over an hour to get to my appointment which they had told me was at 8:30. I show up and the front desk woman tells me my appointment was actually 8:20 and that I’m 2 minutes (!!!) past the acceptable late window and that she’ll have to “check” whether the physician could still see me. I had been standing at the window for at least 2 minutes waiting for someone to check me in. After making a show of doing something on her computer to “check with the physician” if it would be okay for them to still see me (I doubt she was actually checking anything), she says I will have to reschedule. The lobby was completely empty and there were no other patients. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere where people actually treat patients with respect and have empathy.

They aren’t what they used to be. God help you if you’re 11 minutes late because of traffic and that stupid light. The office staff is very disconnected from compassion. My neck Dr and I have a give and take policy! I work up North and sometimes get caught up in traffic. They will still see me. Sometimes I’m early to my appointment and they run late up to an hour and I don’t fuss. Wish this place would be like that but they seem to be the new hypocritical Christian folk! Your better off going to Patient First!
