Waited 20 min for my therapist to see me on my appointment that was scheduled at 4pm. They have a policy of no shows or being late but they don't follow there on policy when we're here to see them.

Good help and free but if for some reasons that are sometimes out of your control you fail your appointments, they simply cancel the services no matter what. Don't even try to explain yourself to them because they won't listen, they'll just tell you, that's how our system works and they'll send you a letter telling you that you're out.
