First Baptist Church

Seemed like a nice church, started going after a couple months I was in need due to the government shutdown. I turned to my church for help with food and christmas assistance for my family. They turned me away and told me the nearest food bank to go to (turned out it wasn't a food bank and couldn't help me either) the church told me they dont help people with that stuff. So I started to do a little digging... what exactly do you help the community with? You couldn't help your own church memeber, you dont help the community with what they are in need for, where do all your donations go to? More buildings? I was shocked and very hurt that my own church turned me away.

Very friendly people. If you're looking for a place of worship or want to change, this church will surprise you, welcoming you and your family with open arms.

I loved this church, I went to the 9am service, everyone was so friendly, it’s a big church, but you felt like you had been going there for a while
