I am NOT happy or satisfied at ALL, I am the mother/ parent of Mikaya Scaife and my daughter was placed at Courage Center off of college. The judge placed my daughter at Luther originally from there they moved my daughter to the Courage Center due to not having enough staff at that time so meanwhile I never received one phone call that my daughter was moved to the Courage Center until my daughter contacted me, the last time my daughter had called me was September 22 very upset because it was my other daughters birthday but also informed me that certain staff allow the kids to use their personal cell phones well after that I didn’t hear from my daughter for two weeks so I knew she had been talking to two people that myself and the judge placed no contact orders, my daughter was suppose to go back to Luther and complete the Impact program but while being transferred my daughter ran from courage and me as the parent did NOT receive one phone call or anything from the staff members I then had a DCS case manager contact me and inform me that Ariel Harvey then informed her yesterday that my daughter is almost grown and she had to remind Ariel Harvey that my daughter is 16 and Ariel the responded and said that well she will be 17 in December but what place is that to tell my daughter this to just add more fuel to the fire when my daughter already has been thinking like that so it only boosts her ego when she is already a trouble teenager, I’m not sure how my daughter was able to freely leave a lock down faculty but I do feel that staff members and Ariel Harvey have a big role in helping my daughter exit plot, I’m not understanding why I wasn’t contacted when all of my information is in the reports and it has been three days and I had to go to the faulty with the DCD manager for support to inquire about this and Ariel Harvey walks in the room with a shirt that is cut down the middle like she is a teenager so taut just goes to show me further that she is not taking her job serious, you are not their friends you are suppose to lead by example are do NOT work for a facility with trouble children the state needs to be contacted and staff needs to be investigated and the issues need to be addressed I am a upset mother/ parent and while coming to courage NOT one person apologize including Ariel Harvey I am very disappointed and feel like they are NOT talking this situation serious if anyone sees my daughter she is reported as a runaway and has a probation warrant please contact the authorities

Called to try and get seen and the lady told me because I don't have medicaid I can't be seen. They don't have a self pay option because "we have availability but only for medicaid patients". I thought it was a non profit establishment? What a joke.
