Tara Bagnola is simply amazing. I have suffered a ton of trauma and she's been helping me so much on my healing journey. She's excellent at social work too, looking up any resources I might need and even helping to call if I'm struggling. She's very compassionate as a therapist and I feel that I can open up and she's actively listening. She's helped me come up with solutions, empowering me to continue chasing my dreams. I would really recommend her to any person, but especially anyone who has trauma, chronic pain or disability, family issues, or for traumatized kids. Appointments are easy to schedule online, and the video calls for telehealth are awesome. They even text you a reminder and a link to the call, so it's easy to get ready for your session. She's guided me exactly where I needed to be, supported me unconditionally and I'm so thankful I found her!
