I have an amazing therapist here and when you walk in your greeted by the nicest receptionist. Love it. Although I do wish there was free parking

I just had the worst experience over the phone. I have only tried to do therapy through this center once before and it was a financially complicated process. I tried to give it another chance today and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She didn't understand that my question was about group therapy and instead kept repeating that there were no openings for individual counseling. When I was confused by her response she got very rude and raised her voice stating that she already told me what I asked. Not a pleasant way to be treated especially while looking for mental health support...

I've been through two counselors and both judged me.
