Family Services has helped me for approximately 10 years! When I first came to find FS I had been through traumatic experiences and had no insurance. I had major depression, anxiety and PTSD. Through lots of counseling and time I am now able to cope and live my life again! I will forever be greatfull for the team at family services!💜

Family Services was there for me when I needed counseling the most. I was matched with a therapist who specialized in PTSD recovery (and yes, recovery from PTSD is possible!). After completing the program, I am able to continue a therapeutic relationship with my counselor for maintenance and trouble shooting. The point is, when I was at my very lowest and barely able to even make the phone call for help, Family Services scooped me up and planted my back on my feet. It wasn't easy, and my therapist made me WORK, but I am more myself than I ever thought I could be--and I love that.

They have 2 people with a 30 person line. Just for them to not be able to help you with anything and you waited in line for a phone ne number they could have posted on the door. Which makes you wait an undisclosed amount of time just to send you to a person who won't listen to you, doesn't care and just sends you to another person to wait another hour or three. If you have mental health issues don't go here it will only make you want to kill your self more. Watching how little they care about a human life is depressing.
