hung up on me and called me horrible naw name i can’t post

This shelter was the most rundown not kid friendly non structured place I have ever seen in my life . The rooms are like jail cells no windows to look out of , the atmosphere gives mental institution/drug rehab/detox . I had 3 small children with me and I stayed one night I attempted a second but my children and I were woke up by a girl who was drunk blasting music at 1am with no redirection from staff I packed my things in my car and my children and we left . At 1am!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely DO NOT recommend ESPECIALLY if you have children this is supposed to be a safe haven for children as well and they don’t even have a bathtub for kids to bathe in !!! Speaking of bathing they didn’t even have washcloths to offer !!!! Very horrible -100 stars

Use to be a good place for those to get help( back in 2012-2013. The staff was great! However fast forward to 2020- to now (2024) seems like they are understaffed ( from my experience they get they have ( and are) getting rid of what’s left of the actual good staff they have.
