To the people who gave this a one star rating and a bad review: remain humble and grateful! This place is trying to help people that have run out of options. It doesn't owe you a thing and provides you w food, shelter and a safe place to stay. People kill me sometimes. It's free and they go out on a limb to help and they still complain!

This place is helping so much to get me back on my feet. You stay here for 2 months or so and within that time period u get help with employment, childcare, and housing as long as you do what your suppose to and not sit around. Ms. Tiffany is the best case worker ever and I'm very grateful to have someone like her come into me and my daughter's lives. Highly recommend this place

I would recommend this place for those in of need temporary shelter. The case managers are there to answer all your questions family promise provides for everything you need except clothes and food and I bet they can help you go get that as well. Down to toothbrush toothpaste to dish soap laundry soap you name it they helped me with it. Thank you soo much family promise.
