To the people who gave this a one star rating and a bad review: remain humble and grateful! This place is trying to help people that have run out of options. It doesn't owe you a thing and provides you w food, shelter and a safe place to stay. People kill me sometimes. It's free and they go out on a limb to help and they still complain!

This place is helping so much to get me back on my feet. You stay here for 2 months or so and within that time period u get help with employment, childcare, and housing as long as you do what your suppose to and not sit around. Ms. Tiffany is the best case worker ever and I'm very grateful to have someone like her come into me and my daughter's lives. Highly recommend this place

I would recommend this place for those in of need temporary shelter. The case managers are there to answer all your questions family promise provides for everything you need except clothes and food and I bet they can help you go get that as well. Down to toothbrush toothpaste to dish soap laundry soap you name it they helped me with it. Thank you soo much family promise.

This is Bernadette Dawn Jackson...I was trying to upload a picture to go..with my previous post... Bernadette Jackson...regarding how Family Promise...had my grandchildren.. removed from my daughter to Children Services...because of lack of food..yet food was provided...and they threw the food in a contaminated bag...The director..told me..she wasn't going to replaced the food...Also I was told I had to pay them for the gift cards that they gave my daughter..and formula (Mind you this is a non-profit organization) I told them...that I am not their client..and I bought the food for my grandchildren....I asked them... did they tell my daughter and other clients..that they had to pay back...gifts. I told them..this requires the Media attention...I hung up on them...They call me back..to tell me..I could pick up a gift card from Giant Eagle for $25.00....I never did...This isn't right!!!

I don't recommend... anybody!!! homeless or nonhomeless..to go to Family Promise on 152nd off Kinsman in Cleveland, Oh...the shelter isn't safe for children or parents. They don't ID guest and they have allowed unauthorized guest in clients room...I was given permission to go in my daughter's and other clients roo...which they shared..minded you the maintance men open the door up..Unsafe!!! My daughter..kids were removed from hwr because she lacked the food that was needed but when I provided food..they threw the food in a germ black bag...dirty blankets....clothes...bottles...tampons..paper and more....NEVER GO THERE!!!...I am on Facebook inbox me...pictures speaks a thousands words
