I took a 6 month course with Steve and Audra before covid and still use the tools I learned in my everyday life. Their work has changed the trajectory of my life for the better. Emotionally I didn’t know how to treat myself and others. I thought I was being just and proper, but I wasn’t. I learned who I am and what morals I believed in.

Like others have said - this isn't your average training. The wonderful facilitators will guide you through this program the same way we guide our clients through the program, with empathy, passion, and grace. They teach with true integrity and honor, remind us why we got into this work in the first place, and challenge us to face the varying parts of ourselves that we might not be proud of. They are consistent and gracious, skills we need as facilitators pursuing mastery. In my opinion, this is THE work. These are the skills and theories that the world needs when looking towards the future. If you're on the fence about learning more, consider this your call. This is not just a training, it is an experience. Absolutely amazing! It not only will help me be a better provider, it also allowed me to do some introspection on my own stuff and gain better empathy and understanding. I walked away a better version of myself.
