Staff could not have been more polite and helpful. It was my first time there and was allowed to drop off items on a "non delivery" day. Will definitely give to this charity as often as possible.

Last year I would have given them zero stars. They were unresponsive, promised helped and never delivered on multiple occasions. Case worker kept forgetting things needed. It was a mess and disheartening. My kids missed thanksgiving dinner, Christmas gifts, I never received any help with anything. They have cleared up a lot of that now. The case worker now is very sweet, professional, timely, and does everything she can to help. And Tonya is a special - c- cool lady. Im glad they fixed things up for those in need.
