Horrible! First, the receptionist is rude. His response to "thank you" is "mmhmm". His tone changes dramatically when talking to a female vs talking to a male (my husband and myself) They say they won't judge you but they are super sexist and rude. Second, the music...omg the music in the waiting room is 1990's feminist pop! (No wonder the receptionist is grumpy) It's torture. Finally, the assessors; you see them writing notes while you talk but when they ask questions, it's like they weren't listening to a thing I said. I had to repeat myself constantly. She never did get back to me about what groups are offered or advised either. "The board" never responds to emails or voicemails. They charge for everything yet nothing is refundable. I'm so glad our case was thrown out and we don't have to deal with this ridiculous "business" anymore!

This place helped us in every way possible ... was not easy but I had to do the work with the help of the staff .... Thank you
