Family Counseling Service - Aurora

They told me they no longer accept Medicare and booted me out the psychiatric service even though their website still says they take medicare and they also sent me a hefty bill.

I have to give a 5 due to our Counseler Erika Cotton. She has been a blessing to my son and my life. She works so great with him. Goes above and beyond. She is literally part of our village and we are so blessed to have her in our lives. She is so involved in helping and assisting us and I couldn’t ask for a better therapist for our son. FCS is lucky to have you and so are we! Thank you for all you do for us and every other person you help. You were born to be a therapist, you are amazing in every way! Thank you FCS for having Erica on your team. I do not know what we would do without her!

Extremely unprofessional. Waited several weeks to even get an appointment and then 30 minutes before my appointment started (I was already on my way) they called me to say it needed to be rescheduled but they didn't have anything available within the next two weeks. People suffering with mental health don't have time to wait, nevertheless, my blood will be on your hands.
