Never gave me a courtesy call or text but emailed at 8 am the same day to cancel as though I am at a desk job where I check my email every hour! I know things come up, but if I cancel the same day I'm charged $50 for same day cancelation, yet there's no accountability on their end of they cancel on the same day. Seems very hypocritical for a place that's supposed to help with mental health but instead make you more mentally frustrated with them for no forewarning on a same day cancelation!

I love this clinic! My therapist was exceptional! She was caring, and truly dedicated to helping you achieve your mental health goals. I've had such a positive experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of mental health services. My therapist is wonderful! He is thoughtful, patient, and incredibly supportive. The environment is peaceful and welcoming, making each visit something I look forward to.
