I went to have a strep throat test done because a had a severe sore throat.they told me they were going to call me with test results in one hour. It’s been 27 hrs and I still don’t know my results. I have tried to contact the doctor but she never responded to my messages. Very negligent and careless.

Was told yesterday I was no longer a patient there due to me already having a primary care when I went there to get a nexplanon put in July. Told I couldn't have it removed there due to that. So rude and disrespectful

I felt like Mrs. Esther (I believe it was) was not just doing her job. She genuinely seemed to like her job and wanted to help me out. I got what I needed from my records, and can now continue doing what I need with ease. Thank you Mrs. Esther.

Do not go here for a COVID-19 test. Their test results are 8-11 business days out. Was told 5-6 at the time of the test. Went here to get a COVID test after having symptoms for 1 day. The Dr. who did my test was nice. But have been sitting at home for a week. If you don't have insurance, go here, it's free. But if you have any sort of insurance make an appointment with a hospital. I was able to get in same day with Kaiser. Also, the Test Results number they give is useless.

ECHC has a great MAT program, it's very forward-thinking. I just love my Doctor at the Health center. He really cares about not just my physical health but also cares about how I'm doing. I was surprised that I would prefer a clinic like this over a Doctor's private office. Frankly, I can't imagine getting the kind of physical and emotional care that I get here, anywhere else.
