My son appointment was 12 pm I checked in 1150 we didn’t get called until 12:30 an I asked the front desk and said the provider is in there lunch and she said wait till be back I said okay and I wait for 40 minutes and then back to the front desk again she said she scheduled my son 2 pm because the provider did not come buck. so she scheduled me with other providers . so i told I have to leave. My son was not believing her anymore to wait until 2 pm ,

This was my second time here. Went in for blood work and the nurse (super sweet) told me she’d probably be the one doing it. I could hear Brittany the FNP outside my door being very loud about the reason I was there. Not that it’s embarrassing, but it’s just unprofessional. She proceeded to come in and tell me she had no idea why I was there except for blood work(after being loud about my reasoning outside my door). Then kept over and under exaggerating timelines for my symptoms and repeatedly questioned me on the term of something my mom was diagnosed with that I was concerned about for myself. And then told me they don’t do blood work and that I should go to the er. So just wasted my time.

I was 23 mintues late because of traffic and construction on a Thursday. When i called to communciate what was happening but that i was almos there, they told me there was people waiting in the lobby because of me. And I said I'd get there asap. I got there and there was no one in the lobby. The staff up front were glaring at me because I was 20 min late. And the dentist refused to see me. I had to fill some cavities. Not sure why she couldn't do 1 still. They act like life doesnt happen. Like a single mom with a 9 month old in the car with gradnma who got stuck in traffic doesnt happen. Yet when we get there 30 mintues early we still wait 15 to 20min after our appts. Anyways, would have been fine if staff wasn't rude and glaring at me and lying about 2 people waiting because of me, for life happening. I even called then to commuciaten and ran up there as fast as I could. Sorry I was so inconvenient for you day. I'll be finding another dentist.
