EAC is in an incompetent organization. They have been mismanaging my mother‘s money for two years. They have transferred money to other clients and I’ve ordered items for her that we have not received with no resolution or accountability. They do not answer phone calls or emails. Every time I go to a higher boss on the phone, they try to rush you off the phone because they don’t want to hear what you have to say. They tell you what you wanna hear and do whatever they want. I am my mother‘s personal needs guardian and they are denying my mother medical supplies and anything that she needs stating that it should come out of her monthly allowance. Her monthly allowance is her own money they act like we’re on welfare! They pay her bills late if at all. My mother has had to pay numerous late fees and our homeowners insurance was canceled for nonpayment. I basically do the legwork on all aspects of my mother’s finances to make sure that they do their job correctly. There’s no one to talk too, no resolution and no accountability! They are a horrible organization stay away from them if you can!

This is a totally incompetent, seemingly corrupt, organization. I was caring for someone who was under their guardianship at my assisted living facility. Under the pretense that we would be compensated for services rendered, we permitted the resident to reside with us without prompt payment. The resident in question has since relocated and the EAC guardian, Janet Mulvey, assured me we would be compensated. After months of calling and speaking to whomever seldomly answered the phone, we finally received a payment for less than the amount owed, which was then rejected at the bank because the payers bank account does not exist. After numerous phone calls to their Suffolk county office, numerous messages being left on voicemails, we have yet to receive any sort of reply or acknowledgement. Avoid the EAC Network at all costs.
