Staff lacking person to person skills. Case workers leave specific info for front end and they need to verify that the info is correct

Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Could cut off some of the waiting time, though.

Cps is a absolute joke they don’t help the real children in need but instead harass the decent parents… solely to destroy families especially those biracial ones
