If you are using this agency for child support be aware! Keep an eye on your paystubs. Especially if you were paying child support to someone who is now deceased. This agency will double charge you! They will charge you for the deceased and the new guardian for the same child!!! They will also give you attitude when you let them know and they do nothing to try to correct it. They also don't give you credit for the over payments you are making. This agency is very unprofessional and is committing FRUAD.

The agency charged with protecting children has instead caused serious harm to families like mine. Caseworkers are often unqualified and lack the training and experience needed to handle sensitive child welfare matters responsibly. Rather than providing real support to families, they disrupt lives and create trauma for both children and parents. Leadership has failed to hold staff accountable or ensure that investigations are handled fairly, transparently, and lawfully. Nepotism, favoritism, and poor oversight appear to take precedence over justice, compassion, and the actual best interests of children. Families are left to suffer the consequences of decisions made without proper care or understanding. This department needs a complete overhaul: hire staff with genuine qualifications, ensure transparency in decision-making, and prioritize the safety, well-being, and stability of children and families. Until then, Dutchess County residents are funding an agency that too often fails the very people it is supposed to protect.

Everytime I call it goes to voice mail and lists their websites and email and then hangs up on me!
