On their website it says you need call the Administrative Line to make an appointment to see someone or to sign up for support groups. However, when I called the Admin line the only option is a dial by name directory. The website does not provide you with the name you need to speak to and there is no option to talk to an operator or front desk person. Why would you tell people to call a number for services and then make it impossible for them to get those services!! This was a wholly frustrating matter.
